Guest Information
- Airport transfer: We can pick you up or take you to the airport at a price of € 20.- for up to 4 people with luggage (9 p.m. - 7 a.m.: 25.- €). Please inform the reception well in advance.
- Balcony curtains: (Summer only:) Fold the curtains up using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Bicycle rental: Mountain bikes can be rented at € 5.- per day, € 2.50 per half day or evening.
- Breakfast: Please tell the reception at what time you would like to have breakfast. Full breakfast is available from 7 to 10 am and is included in the room price.
- Car rental: Hertz will bring your car to the hotel for free and offers 15 % discount on its regular rates for rentals through the reception. Unless the car is returned to a Hertz office (Pristina city or airport), payment is only in cash.
- Check out: Check out time is 11 a.m. Please ask the reception about late check outs. Luggage can be deposited in the luggage room.
- Children: Please take care of your children. The hotel declines all responsibility in case of accidents.
- Dry cleaning: The hotel can arrange for dry cleaning of your clothes within 24 hours.
- Gym: The gym is on the upper floor in the east wing. Use at your own risk.
- Ironing: We will gladly iron your clothes between 8 am and 4 pm. If you prefer, we can also give you an iron and an ironing board.
- Jogging/hiking: You can get suggestions for trails at the reception
- Kitchenettes (studios): If you need any additional equipment, ask at the reception.
- Laundry: Please inform the reception if you have clothes to wash. Price: € 5.- per machine incl. ironing.
- Massage: We have an experienced massage therapist available, 30 min. 20 €, 60 min. 30 €
- Minibar: The bottles of mineral water are complimentary. For other drinks, call the reception.
- Mineral water: Our mineral water from the fountain next to the pool is said to cure many health problems from heartburn to kidney stones, gastritis and duodenum ulcers.
- Mobile phone: If you would like to use the mobile phone for calls outside the hotel, credit is available at the reception.
- Opening times: The reception is open 24 hours. The main door will be locked at 11 p.m. If you come late, there is a bell next to the entrance.
- Pets: Pets are allowed free of charge.
- Pool: Pool towels are available at the reception. The use of the pool is at your own risk (no life guard).
- Public transport: During the day, there is a bus to and from Pristina every 15 to 30 minutes.
- Restaurant: The restaurant is open for lunch from 12 to min. 2 pm and for dinner from 6 to 9pm. If you would like to have the halfboard menu, please inform the reception in advance.
- Room Service: Call the reception at any time for drinks or snacks.
- Shopping: A small selection of books and souvenirs is available at the reception. A super market open until late is 600 m away, and close to it there is a farmers' market every morning from Monday to Saturday.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside.
- Taxi: Taxi Gracanica will take you to Pristina for ca. € 7.-. For prices to other destinations, please ask at the reception.
- Television: Check the channel list (278 channels in over 30 languages) in the guest folder.
- Tips: There is a tip box at the reception; tips are distributed among all staff members.
- Tours: The hotel can arrange tours with experienced English, German, Serbian and Albanian speaking guides in the area, throughout Kosovo or the region. Ask for details at the reception.
- Water: The tap water is drinkable.
